To provide and improve the service, match buyers with providers, maintain trust and verification signals, secure the platform, and communicate with you about your account and the preview.

We process personal data to deliver the service you request, to meet legal obligations, and on the basis of your consent where required. You may withdraw consent for optional processing at any time.

Buyer and provider information is shared between matched parties to enable an engagement. We do not sell personal data. Service providers who help us operate the platform act under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

We aim to host and process data in line with Saudi data residency expectations. We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.

We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the preview, including access controls, encrypted transport, and session protection. No system is perfectly secure, and we continue to harden the platform ahead of general availability.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. We will respond in line with PDPL requirements.
