Terms of Service

Effective 31 May 2026. Cyberayn is currently in private preview. These terms govern access during the preview and will be updated before paid engagements open.

1. Preview status

Cyberayn is offered on an invitation-only preview basis. Access may be limited, changed, or withdrawn at any time. Features described on the marketing site, including paid memberships, verification tiers, and success commissions, may not yet be active during the preview.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be authorised to act for the organisation you represent. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Buyers and providers

Buyers may create requests, review proposals, and select providers. Providers may list capabilities and submit proposals. Cyberayn facilitates introductions and workflow. Contracts for services are agreed directly between the buyer and the selected provider.

4. Verification and trust signals

Provider verification scores, badges, and credentials are indicators intended to assist decision making. They do not constitute a guarantee or endorsement. Buyers remain responsible for their own due diligence before engaging a provider.

5. Fees

Pricing shown on the site reflects the intended commercial model. Membership, verification, and success commission charges apply only once billing is enabled and you have expressly accepted the applicable terms. No charges are taken during the preview unless separately agreed in writing.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access data without authorisation, or submit unlawful or misleading content. We may suspend access for conduct that puts the platform or other users at risk.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The preview is provided on an as available basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Cyberayn is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the preview.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We aim to align our practices with applicable NCA, SAMA, CST and PDPL frameworks.
